Privacy policy
Last updated October 12, 2026.
This policy covers lonestarcoachesnetwork.com, run by Lonestar Coaches Network in Waco, Texas. It explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to onebackoffense@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Clinic registration: your name, email, phone, school, role, the coaches you register and their emails, payment method, PO number, billing contact, Patreon account name (for free-admission requests), who referred you, and any notes you add.
- Vendor space registration: company name, contact name, email, phone, billing address, website, what you sell and the names of your staff.
- Coach of the Year nominations: the coach you nominate, your reason, and your name, email, phone and relationship to the coach.
- Technical data: your IP address and the time of each form you send, used to stop spam and abuse. Our host keeps standard server logs.
We do not collect card numbers. Card payments happen on Stripe's checkout page, and Stripe sends us only the payment status and a payment reference.
How we use it
- To register you, take payment, send confirmations and receipts, and run check-in, name badges and attendance certificates.
- To plan vendor tables, meals and the vendor hall.
- To review award nominations and contact the person who nominated.
- To answer your questions and tell you about future clinics. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
- Stripe processes card payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Hostinger hosts this site, its database and its email.
- Clinic sponsors and vendors receive coach contact lists only where a sponsorship package includes one.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with.
Cookies and outside content
The site sets one cookie that keeps forms secure and keeps staff signed in. It has no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics scripts.
Some pages load content from other companies, which can see your IP address when they do: fonts from Google Fonts and video thumbnails from YouTube on every visit. YouTube videos and our TikTok feed load only after you click to play them. Buttons to Patreon, CoachTube, YouTube and social sites take you to those sites, whose own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep registration, vendor and payment records for at least 7 years for tax and accounting. Spam-prevention data such as IP addresses is used only for that purpose. You can ask us to delete anything we don't need to keep by law.
Your choices
Email onebackoffense@gmail.com to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop receiving emails from us. We answer within 30 days.
Children
This site is for coaches, athletic staff and businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
